Subnostr

I never understood this complaint. Honestly if we look at the global feed today vs. months ago it's night and day. I just had a look and their is more non-Bitcoin content than their is Bitcoin content, so I'm not quite sure where the complaint is and what more they want. Every day that goes by #nostr is looking more and more like mainstream social media just without the cringe and censorship.

So I'm at loss for where the complaint is. 🤷‍♂️ No one said accounts have to enable zaps to participate, it's just encouraged.

Oh I'm not complaining at all I just made the notion that zaps are basically the #value4value tool at our hands and zaps are a great signal to see what kind of content users like to see.

But I also saw a few notes this past week that were discussing purple pilling people to nostr and what "their" response has been in many cases.

Very heavy on Bitcoin content with a lack of other content came up quite a few times and in general I totally agree with you. My feed is very diverse but perhaps that's because I've found a good circle of followers and people I'm following myself.

Either way I jus wanted to throw the obvious out there. The way to entice certain content over other content is obviously ⚡s.

Didn't say you were complaining. I was just responding in general to your note about it. Apologize for the confusion.

Like you I have seen some of the new users have made that statement as I have seen that complaint as well this past week. Was more just thinking outloud as to what more do they want?

I didn't think you were but sometimes I'm not sure not being a native speaker and all. Apologize too.

As for what I'd like to see personally. That would be more gaming related content and of course more burgers. But that's personal preference. I think overall the content on nostr is quite diverse and very decent in quality compared to many other platforms.
