Something quite weird is going on with money in Portugal. 20 euro bill is not generally acceptable here, let alone 50 euro. They only accept 10 euro or lesser denominations in public transport and even as we went to drink coffee one place strongly rejected 20 euro and another one accepted it but asked if we had smaller one at first. Can #ecb fix that?
