At first, it's fair.
But when they introduced usernames, That's pure shit.
It's not even worth a shit when you don't have an option to anonymously create a Signal account with a username; on an iPhone, you can use iMessage with JUST an Apple ID. Don't even need a phone number to message other Apple users on the service.
