It was absurd. You guys had it really bad in Australia. I'm in UK, we got lucky comparatively speaking. After I saw how people reacted, I stayed quiet about telling people I didn't get vaxed. I'm more open about it now, as people are beginning to realise how much of a shit show it was. But I agree, people turn on you just like that. If we had another covid, would they be queuing up to get their jabs? I really like to think they've learned. But I suspect the same will happen again. 😣
I don’t think they’d be lead down the same path again myself
Originally from UK so had a very clear view of how different Oz and UK
So hard to explain to family and friends back home
My cousins daughter lives near Melbourne with her family. Almost 2 years after first lockdown she was describing to me what it was like, still in lockdown, because she had been clocked by the app that she was near someone with covud positive. I couldn't believe Australia took it so far for so long. I really hope you are right, that people have learned 🙏.

Just read your fail article on your website. Your a writer mate! Keep it up, you definitely have a book in the making, I could feel it as I read the article. Your also abit whacky - you want to run naked in the street! I'd pick 2am in the morning when no one is up. 🤣
Thanks for the kind feedback! Appreciated
Also, if honest, that run never happened 😅
Guilty of not being true to my word. Apologies world!

I completely understand your point of view. It was hard to see how quickly people turned on each other over personal choices.
I'd like to think lessons were learned, but history tends to repeat itself. Hopefully people will think more critically next time. 😕
Its disappointing how people treated each other. During first lockdown I was at a friend's house. The neighbours called the cops, police arrived knocked on the door and they questioned us and asked me to return home. This was in the UK, around May time 2020. I returned home. They could have fined me, but UK was more relaxed at enforcement. Its scary how people turn on each other.
