No freedom fighter ever would want to create fear in the population as they rely on courage.

Terrorism is almost always state terror to create shock and awe which heavily limits peoples capacity to think clearly and exploit the emotional (receptive) beings that we are.

Face inwards in times of chaos. Always ask yourself what is real? Am I observing reality or am I fed a story I want to believe.
