I was wondering why I never see mention of IPFS on nostr? (discussion not on protocol)

But I do see a lot of centralized image and video hosting, some with nostr in the domain names. Using S3 fronted by CloudFront CDN is not decentralized.

something similar to IPFS but using nostr to coordinate would potentially be workable, but as it is, p2p is not aligned with incentives.
