Contrary to popular belief, women can have a moustache, and hairy legs. It's up to them to decide to shave. As a man, I don't pay all that much attention to it. Is she a good person? Does she hug me? I'm more concerned about that.

As a woman, I feel the same. Self-judgment is best. Yet, again, as a woman, hair on legs and pits leads to greater heat and discomfort, especially as I am falling asleep in summer. Smoother legs make much more comfortable rest. My own skin preferences. My husband is thankfully fine with whatever I choose to do.
