one column is best
just move the top menu to the right side of the screen so the main column is more centered
also move some of the menu items from left menu to right one for symmetry
I like the two column feed layout that https://jouble.surge.sh/ has, should I copy it and use it as the default layout for #noStrudel on desktop?

i mean just look at Twitter - one wide main column in the center - two narrow on the sides, symmetrically
also note ( important ) on X you don't have to scroll the left side column to get to the end of it - on noStrudel you do
you can either nest the menus so that it doesn't require scrolling ( what X does ) or you can split half of them off and move to the right side since you're not showing "trends" or follow recommendations and so have that space on the right ...
