This was yet another display of my lack of self-control, as well as solid evidence of my arrogance. Again, I apologize whole-heartedly for this behavior, and commit myself to improving and being 1% better today than I was yesterday, "wash, rinse, repeat" daily moving forward.

I'm a bit far (Punta Cana), but I don't see a reason not to. I will certainly keep tabs on your posts. With more people like you, humanity has to improve.
