Hey Nostr, quick post about Taiji/Tai Chi.

The art seems to be going through somewhat of a renaissance. I’ve noticed big gains being made especially in the Yang style from many teachers that have come to prominence over the last 10 years or so. The standard has really shifted!

So what’s it all about. Well I’m going to write regular posts on the subject from my own experience, I guess that’s all any of us can really do.

I’ve been into it since 2001 and started practising with the HME - ‘Heaven Man Earth’ guys in 2018, kudos to them. Also other teachers from some Yang lineages.

I love that many of those guys are free spirits, some are into crypto but they all share an interest in building a better world - true creative types. Watch this space. 😊🙏
