I don't believe that Saudi Arabia or their flag represent God or his prophets.

I don't think that finding the flag funny is insulting; its just a reaction.

God and his prophets are above being insulted. Being insulted is the ego being hurt.

I think that the vast majority of Christians and Muslims have been tricked into worshipping something that is not God.

I never said Saudi Arabia does. I was just giving a close translation of what the Arabic says on the flag

I agree the flag looks funny if you can't read Arabic. I thought it was funny at first too

And people certainly CAN insult God, but it doesn't mean he "feels offended". The arrogance of the person insulting God certainly brings punishment though. For example, I've never seen someone desecrate a church or mosque and not have their life turn to shit eventually, even if they don't face legal consequences. Our actions have interesting ripple effects into seemingly unrelated areas

Now I'm curious what you think God is if Muslims and Christians are worshipping a false god in your view

Thanks for your thoughtful response, and for not being offended.

I think God is beyond our descriptions or imagination. Whatever we can articulate would not suffice.

But I see God in nature; in mathematics and geometry: in Muslim art and architecture. There are mystics from all religions that see God; however the organized religions were all started by the same group of people, for the same purposes.

Christians and Muslims in particular are being used and controlled like puppets.
