On cashapp over 100k sats is free. Strike has that as well but not sure whats the limit. Also the transaction will take a few hours sometimes next block if you're lucky.
It's more efficient to send larger amounts. I usually send with no priority as well. Might take a day but it gets to me eventually

You “sent” it to sparrow a la to a bitcoin address. You had to pay fees for that like any other transaction.
Wait… I think when I’ve done this is the past strike has done a massive transaction and fronted the TX fee…

Only way to know is by posting the TXID so we could investigate… but for your own sake PLEASE don’t do that.
Wait. Doesn’t strike ask you for a priority? Haven’t done this in awhile.
I think you can ask for an immediate transfer and pay a fee (only useful for large amounts) and you can choose to get it “whenever” and basically they pay the mining fee and lump a bunch together
