Even in a world without any courts that doesn't mean you can just shoot someone without facing any consequences. For example, can't you think of anything preventing the white, privileged, authoritarian faggot from shooting and killing you just as easily as you can shoot and kill them? Obviously just because the courts exist doesn't mean that we live in society that's always just, but is there anything to guaruntee justice in a society without courts?
