I've never done P2P with the US - it's too hard.

Always UK or Euro.

In my post I meant in person! In Ukraine you have P2P exchanges where you walk in with few Bitcoin in your wallet (obviously with a friends who can secure you) and walk out with a bag of cash or vice versa! Try to find this in the USA! Tomorrow you will be in jail!

I guess you're right. Here in Northern Cyprus it's like in Ukraine. Exchanges every few miles. Go in, change, go out with a bag of cash. No-one cares. And the best. A lot of Ukrainians living here together with Russians, Turkmenistans, Kasachstans in Peace. Nice to see. Where I've lived the last 5 years, there are around 6000 all together.

That's so cool!

Yes it is. But I'm not a dreamer. I am living here since 5 years and found out that there is almost no crime here, cause the government doesn't differentiates. Troublemakers or criminals in any kind have to leave the country. Except Cypriots. They are going to jail. It doesn't mean, that the government survey you. But the police is functioning well. Drug dealers, thief's and so on have no chance here.

Wow yeah - not common here either.

There was a gold bullion dealer here that was doing up to $10k AUD worth of BTC non KYC but I think they've stopped.

P2P you might get lucky to find someone willing to sell up to 0.1 BTC but you'd have to be prepared to pay a premium. Selling P2P in person is much easier here.

Yes. Here you can only buy (2%) and sell (4%) with a premium at the exchanges. My German friends coming here to buy it from me. They bring me up to 10.000 USD cash and I give them BTC (non kyc) for 1% premium (my costs).. All legal. For them and for me.
