Nostr is this much fun because we don't have KPIs.
Fuck KPIs. Such a killjoy. Don't turn this into another boring desk job directed by sales people who need to make their Christmas bonus.
I don't know what KPIs are but they sound like they suck.
Ban them!
People do so often overestimate what can be built in 1 year and more often underestimate what will be achieved by a slow but constant grow in 10+ years..
We are pioneer, even the ones like me are just witnessing #nostr blooming without actually and practically building it with code.

I actually think the constant dev/user interplay speeds up the creative destruction process. Devs don't waste time working on stuff everyone thinks is stupid.

Yeah, linear growth seems underwhelming, but you hit a certain product maturity and feature set, or have some marketing success, and the growth suddenly goes verticle.
