Greek style lamb heart on skewers cooked over charcoal. They're marinating in salt, garlic, lemon juice & oregano.
I'll have the usual porterhouse skewers for those who aren't feeling very adventurous.
It went down well.
Lamb heart is one of my favourites. Very tasty & really nice texture.
