Jeffery Epstein used US dollars withdrawn in $40k increments (well above the $10k reporting threshold) from Chase Bank to sexually abuse over 100 girls and women. None of the 'safeguards' that obviously should have kicked in...ever kicked in. The supposed tradeoff is a complete farce.
