Health means that expected transactions are not missing in the mined block. If higher paying transactions are censored than the block health would be lower. If it's at 100% the SRC 20 tokens were the highest bidder

The added transactions make up ~10% of the whole thing. And by the way, a lot of those are ordinal inscriptions...

That's the problem. Somehow the brown transactions with a feerate of ~600 Sats/vb were taken out in favor of the 23-300 Sats/vb transactions in blue. Obviously they payed ViaBTC some extra Sats internally, but still.. Not quite healthy! Or am I missing something here?
