It's an interesting exercise imagine how to migrate/adapt a specific community/project to Nostr. Fark would probably need a free relay plus a paid one, with a client like Jumble (maybe themed, the right panel at start could be very good as about page) as main web site.
They are worth contacting; they seem philosophically compatible with Nostr.
Say the Fark guy (or another smol internet website guy) is interested.

But I don't think it would make much sense for him move to Nostr a so ossified structure. Maybe he can create something new with a slight different format, taking advantage of Nostr's peculiarities, and use Fark to drive traffic to it.
