To b economical n easy You can buy canned versions and make a nice pot of it .. i add some broth or water to “ stretch” it for more servings .. if u like toss in some extras like rice or noodle’s depending on your soup flavor .. offer some chips or crackers and a sweet fir dessert like cookies and u got a nice offering.

I often do a large slow cooked Mexican style beef (brisket maybe) and then bowls of Mexican sides and they can make their own burrito bowls
