None that I know of, honestly. It's just awful to be running Google stuff on a protocol that will be replacing much of what Google does, and this is a weakness that needs to be worked on in the FOSS world. I'm no help with coding stuff. So all I can do is point this out, which feels bad, especially since you've created a pretty fantastic client.

No clue how to do that yet. LOL I'm barely comfortable zapping and interacting via amethyst. I'm still frightfully ignorant about the nostr protocol.
No need to be on Nostr or with Bitcoin. A Bounty is just a reward for somebody to develop something for you. Its a really good way to demonstrate how important something is for you. And if enough people join, devs out there dont need to pay for everything in this development.

You can make a website, put it on nostrbounties.com or maybe go talk to a few NGOs that might fund this type of development. You can even use gofundme to start it.
This is how most things (companies, NGOs projects) start. You just need to get the message out there in any way you can to gather a community around it.
I'm not sure I'm capable of that since it's so far out of my wheelhouse.
Then find a "co-founder" :) Or maybe just start with a blog post on why you think this is important.
