Just spoke at a real estate convention where the organizers spent the majority of the time explaining to the audience that the only reason real estate is an "investment" is because the money is broken.

Long after all the other vendors had packed up and left, the Bitcoin Mentor booth was still packed with people asking questions to learn more.
