Few comments about “Nostrica” conference.

1. Just pick a date, sooner the better. There is never good time, and there are too many conferences, so will overlap no matter what.

2. Just pick the location, as long as airbabnb and a few hotels are present we can all start booking.

3. Pick a maximum capacity, small, and plan for that. If more ppl want to come and the local infrastructure then expand after.

The “Easy ” alternative, pick a non complicated major North American city and non of the above are a concerns as in the un-conference style with sub 500 ppl would not be hard to find venue/stay/transport even last minute. But won’t be as much fun as a beach paradise…
