Public key cryptography gives you control over information disclosure. What you're actually arguing is that not everyone is in good standing with a person, because PKcrypto is indiscriminate. And I think you would not truly claim that there isn't a single person on the planet who would not like you, because if there is *one*, the information that is publicly exposed is at risk.
