Not just debt. But interest it's just not realistic. Also the fact that you can SELL DEBT. You are literally selling the absence of money. You borrow someone 5 and tell you they have to pay you 10. You then sell this debt for 8. No you have recuperated your money and made a profit out to thin air, while also leaving one of the other two parts without money
