do you know what cut it is?

“london broil” is sorta weird because it’s *sort of* a preparation, but could be done with a few different cuts.

(u can post a pic if u don’t know.)

I'm in the U.S., and here the cut itself is called a "London Broil"

it depends entirely on the cut.

i think 9 times out of 10 i’d sear hard in cast iron until medium rare (125-130*F)

If it’s super lean (probably top round) i might make a stew.

either way, you could probably chop it up and make tartare if you’re into that.

I'd never heard that London Broil was also a method but then again it *is* right there in the name and there's probably a reason for that innit 🤦‍♂️
