I ended up getting a pair of the "Golden Glo" glasses and two of the "Sky Portal" lights for the home offices here.

I have already noticed a big difference in my mood and sleep - especially using the amber/red light while working at night.

These devices aren't cheap but they're very high quality.

I've used devices from other companies and although they were half the price, the quality was about 1/10th of Chroma products.
