The dating couples: girls dressed up, men attentive, some sat next to each other rather than accoss from each other.

The 1st scenario doesn’t sound too bad. Dating is tiring af. And dressing up is a shitcoin imo. Casual = relaxing. Being able to eat out with small kids sounds like something is going well already. Bored could mean not hustled. Scenario 1 sounds more appealing.
Maybe do away with phone and I'd like to see an Asian guy taking care of the baby instead.
But yeah being to relax is awesome. As long as it doesn't make boring to the point that it affects the relationship
