Justice is a constructed, agreed-upon concept.

The ICC should be the primary institution responsible for prosecuting international crimes, not individual states like the US.

Only when it came to arrest warrants for Putin but when Nethyhahoo was flagged for arrest, suddenly it became "not credible" and "we don't recognise it"
