Weekend 1 of attempted fasting every weekend starts now. Gameplan: if I have trouble fasting, I have to change up what I eat the next week until the fasting is easy.

Mine usually do too. My current one is fast for 36 hours a couple times a week, and for 16 hours on the nights in between.
