Someone can copy your note with emoji and paste the note in decoding tool you posted. That's how we can do now untill clients be more friendly with encoding-decoding emojis. Unless there's a Nostr client with this already in place that I'm not aware of.

My expectations were I should have gotten series of emojis as output, until I read how the encoding really work :)
