Sometimes people needs pain to know what they need like being censored to know that they need nostr or to feel the inflation or learning about the financial system to know that they need Bitcoin
Nobody can be bothered with security until they get hacked.
Nobody can be bothered with backups until their hard drive fails and they lose all their shit.
Nobody can be bothered with uncensorable decentralization until they get permabanned from their favorite platform or it gets taken down.
