Finally looked closer at the list than at the picture

Scallion pancakes are delicious but the Chinese pancake I’ve been missing, even craving, is jiang laobing 酱烙饼

Usually they’re sold in sections but I would buy a whole one to bring home and cut up myself.

I’d put a fried egg in it or cut a slice to roll up and dip in salted plain yogurt

That second option is very very not traditional but very very good 😂
