You going to need to change an important setting that is hidden in power management it has to be with the boot system doesn't clean registry of old data after updating Windows. Ms things🤷♂️

Cannot find the other option, I'm not in my pc right now tomorrow I tell you, is just a thing in the startup. Is crucial only in order Windows clean old registry because disabled makes snappy things happen.
