Great! Family frittata: bacon, onion garlic and sweet potatoes with egg and cheese browned on top. Everyone is healthy and we have a whole sunny day ahead of us!

It’s the easiest way to make eggs fancy. All you need is an oven safe skillet and know how to use an oven broiler
