it's a second profile for you to maintain. you do not have to do that with nostr. nostr simplifies all of this for you by being interoperable and compatible with all other nostr apps. you can sign into every single nostr app with the same 'nsec' private key. it's really powerful once you think about it. you could sign into the nostr instagram alternative, the nostr messenger alternative, the nostr twitter alternative, the nostr video streaming app, etc. and all have the same profile and contacts. it's okay for you to have, but seems redundant to me. i sign into dozens and dozens of apps with the same profile so that im the same derek everywhere! that's what we all do.
