The progress is slow, but consistent. So slow that even I barely notice any difference — months pass without visible signs of change. Yet it’s trackable. At this stage, I no longer focus on noticeable results. It’s all about the process — lifting weights has become a lifestyle.

Eating healthy has also become a lifestyle. I crave only beef steak. Sometimes I eat other foods, but rarely, and only when there’s no steak available. But never processed junk — only real food. The body doesn’t crave food, it craves greatness.

Everything starts in the mind. What do we want most in life? What is our purpose?
