Thinking about the ordinals here. If I check the blocks in mempoo.space, I see there some blocks which are bigger(like 3mb or so) and they have less transactions inside. I assume these blocks contain inscriptions. If I check the transactoins fees paid for these blocks, they are always much lower than blocks which have more tx in them(and are often smaller in size).

If miners can get more fees from the block which have more tx in them, why do they choose to include these ordinals tx-s in the blocks?

Sorry if its stupid question, I really don't know how the block producing process exactly goes and how miners are compiling the blocks they produce.
