I was going to say I'll save the recipe for Daniels write up. Its like 3 or 4 ingredients at a bare minimum. But you can garnish it with whatever and put whatever you want in it.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas
Lemon
Tahini
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt
Za’atar
You can make it with dried or canned chickpeas, depending on how much time you have. I prefer starting with dried, but it adds many hours to your prep.
