I generally just fry sunny side up style served with some kind of hot sauce. I also do omelettes every so often. I generally cook eggs as a first meal, making sure I get enough protein for the day. I have no proof but I think they raise testosterone.

yeah this works.
i would make a subcategory of motto, motto 1b, “put it on flatbread”, or just piofb.
with sub mottos, you can chain them together line Unix pipes.
i.e.,
fresh tomatoes | paeoi | piofb > face-hole
