I'm not too sure if that's a productive stance to hold universally - like, how does that line of thinking help you in navigating the world, communicating with others etc. ? But that's just my opinion.
Another thing to think about is the banality of evil - that evil can be done without evil intention. People propagating ideas, procedures, systems for their own interests like career mobility, social norms of their own circles, which have negative consequences beyond what they can see or care about.
Not to discount or eliminate the possibility of evil intention existing, but to circle back - how does your outlook on the world help you move forward in your life and act in a way that's net positive to your community.
