Koho salmon from lake Michigan with sheep milk golden oyster mushroom cream sauce

My brother caught the salmon and we grew the mushrooms and milk. Delectable dinner! Homestead grown with the fish coming from 15 miles away on the lake.

It's amazing to me how high quality food can be when you participate in getting it from as close to the source as possible. This meal is impossible for most to make but for us it's just eating what we have access to.
