Good observation. They do appear to be a premier sponsor for pacific Bitcoin (https://www.pacificbitcoin.com/).
I just noticed they are actually also a sponsor of BTC24 but at the lowest tier.
Honestly I have limited direct experience with this conference. I think the number of bankers, taproot wizards, and politicians that have been invited makes it seem less like a bitcoin conference and more like a shitcoin conference.
