Bibibaff rug: not a place at all, but literally 'woman's" weave or - more specifically "grandmother's" weave . Particularly fine work.

I seem to remember the outer flower ornaments from a rug I have seen here. The owner had a sibling who traveled to Persia some time earlier last century, perhaps they brought it over. Or these ornaments commonly appear in other designs too.
