Nostr is one of those things that's less bad than all the alternatives, so that's why I use it.

And now I'm noticing just how bad Nostr is, but there's nothing that's less bad than Nostr unless I develop on it.

But since anyone can build on Nostr, Nostr will naturally become less bad with time, and remain less bad than the alternatives, and I'll continue to use it. So it can only actually attract disgruntled people at the moment.
