Health hack:

After waking, instead of eating, drink fresh juice or coconut water (fresh liquids) for as many hours as you can before eating. Stay hungry for a while. It's Body detox.

Ideally, when you start eating, eat fruit first, or smoothie. Leave heavier full meals for later/dinner.

Ideally, work out on your liquids period before eating your meal(s) of the day.
