Ya I think so. It can’t retain the heat at night and can’t block it out during the day

That’s pretty brutal for setting up moon bases. Think of how much energy we spend to cool down areas with warm climates on earth…..with an atmosphere that can’t block heat during the day I can’t imagine the amount of energy it would take to make consistently livable for humans.

The base would probably need to be subterranean and worry about heating (probably through some sort of shut off pass through system or nuclear)
