I have a small mental list, but usually a short 5 minute session with Claude or cursor in the repo will find some docs that are out of date.

Usually my process for updating the docs is to tell the AI what files Ive changed and tell me what docs are out of date. then update them. then I review and cleanup the doc changes. commit... profit?
