IMHO, I disagree. Biden is, definitely, but I think many people confuse a lot of what Trump says as unintelligent when he simply uses a lot of hyperbole, showmanship, and has an older speech pattern.

Don't get me wrong; I think he's far from perfect, but I also think people discount how good he is at business and negotiation, and how valuable that is in political leadership. I wish he was less infatuated with the fiat banking system (it's treated him well), and I wish he acted a bit more morally, but he was really good for America 2017-2019. He wasn't suspicious enough of the pharma technocrats in 2020, and I do fault him for that.
