I keep thinking of all the Democrat senators who have railed against cabinet nominees, and then badger them "it is a yes or no question, answer the question". Nominee tries to provide context, and the senator starts screaming "yes or no answer".

Well, sit everybody in a room with the Constitution prominently displayed for all to see. Then go down a list of all agencies/policies/etc. Then they can only state "yes or no" if that agency or policy was established

explicitly via the the Constitution.
